Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CEO, including agendas, minutes of the meeting, mail, email, phone calls, creating presentation along with other company logistics.
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  • Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals and errands for the CEO.
  • Sales back-office support (Proposals, contracts, client coordination)
  • Office Administration - (filing, ordering supplies, onboarding and managing office )

Qualification

  • Must have 5 years of recent experience in Executive /administrative activities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
  • Associates/bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication (Written & Spoken).
  • High energy go-getter.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines.
  • Outstanding computer skills including Office, Word, Excel, Google Drive, Bamboo HR etc.
