Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help our company capitalize on the benefits offered by this innovative CRM system. The Salesforce Administrator's responsibilities include creating user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products.

Ultimately, you will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure that our organization utilizes the various tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in Configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM.
  • Having sound experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Created the Validation Rules, workflows, and Approval Process for automated lead routing.
  • Leading, guiding day-to-day production support. Staying in the client location and connecting with business users for better requirement gathering.
  • Experience with service cloud functionalities like Omni Channel and live Agent.
  • Provided support to end users regarding their queries, Spanning across multiple functional areas (sales, customer service, account management)
  • Interact with clients daily to gather requirements.
  • Creating Custom Apps, Custom fields, Profiles, Roles, OWD, Permission Sets, Applying Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, workflows, Process Builder, Approval processes, Knowledge Articles.
  • Experience in Creating Email Templates.
  • Experience working with Data Loader & Import Wizard and Dataloader.IO Sandbox environments.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through data cleansing and validation processes.
  • Implement and manage integrations with third-party applications.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices

Mandatory Skills

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Healthcare domain is an added advantage."
