Job Summary

The Senior/Lead Business Analyst will leverage their expertise in revenue cycle operations (US Healthcare) and technology to enhance our exceptional software and services. You will be involved in all stages of the product development lifecycle, including planning, documenting, testing, and troubleshooting software improvements. Close collaboration with application business owners, developers, customers, and other stakeholders is key to this role. This position presents significant opportunities for the ideal candidate, offering exposure to business processes, innovative technology, a dynamic work environment, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gathering and documenting requirements, gathering high-level customer business needs, and translating them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other forms of documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct interviews, and facilitate workshops to gather comprehensive requirements. Document these requirements, clearly understand business objectives, and translate them into system requirements.
  • Project manage development efforts; facilitate communication between the customer, business units, and the development team from initial requirements to final implementation.
  • Design, create and test reports, and analyze results.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise and support to clients and development, implementation, and support teams.
  • Create and maintain product documentation.

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years as a business analyst in a technical environment
  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Experience
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Experience in all phases of software life cycle development.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong product management and analytical skills, including a desire to logically solve business and technology problems.
  • A track record of developing and analyzing complex reports.
  • Proven ability to think creatively about how to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment requiring quick turnaround and quality output.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work with and influence peers, project teams, and management
