Role: US HRBP Executive

Location: Bangalore, Koramangala

Shift Timings: US Shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 AM)

Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

The Role:

This role will play a key role in supporting the HR strategy and programs in support of short- term and long-term institution goals with the overall goal of attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience as HR Business Partner particularly for US based regions.
• Experience working with employees based at US on their Onboarding, Induction, Grievance handling, policies relevant to US Govt
• Strong HR and business acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
• Active emotional intelligence: must have a precise ability to listen, ask questions, so
• to understand others and adjust one’s own actions.
• Must have the ability to diagnose a problem and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
• Graduate degree in business, HR, or a related field.
