Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Billing and Collections.
- Candidate should have deep expertise in Billing and payer rules for coding and billing.
- End to End RCM skills including setting up a new client for billing, claims transmission, working rejections.
- Auditing claims & payment posting.
- Handling High Volume AR follow-up, Denial Management & Appeals.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
- KPI reporting & management like Days in AR, Gross Collections, Denial rates, TAT, Quality.
- Hands on Knowledge of ECW software is a must.
- We will also consider candidates with experience in allied areas such as Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Behavioral Therapy related billing
