Location: Bangalore/Coimbatore

Shift Time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM - Day Shift

Mode: Work from office

Job Summary

As a charge entry specialist, you ensure the accuracy of patient medical data. Your duties involve reviewing hospital records, verifying billing information, and inputting insurance data. This career requires extensive customer service experience and work experience in a related health field.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have a good understanding of Demo & Charge Entry.
• Should have hands-on experience in rejections.
• Understanding denials will be an added advantage. Should have experience in capturing & addressing Denials

Mandatory Skills

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the Payment posting process.
• Understand the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers.
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.

Desired skills

Experience in Credit Balance and Refunds is an added advantage
