Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
