Job Summary
The Client Success Manager – ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the ASC segment, ensuring successful delivery of RCM services from onboarding through long-term engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of ASC billing, surgical procedures, coding (CPT/HCPCS), payer guidelines, and reimbursement models specific to outpatient surgical settings. The candidate will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for ASC clients
- Manage end-to-end client lifecycle including onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success
- Collaborate with operations, coding, billing, and AR teams to ensure accurate and timely RCM delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise in ASC billing, coding, payer requirements, and reimbursement methodologies
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, First Pass Resolution Rate, denial rates, reimbursement trends)
- Lead implementation and transition processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new ASC clients
- Conduct regular client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service quality and performance outcomes
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within ASC RCM workflows
- Support business development by providing insights on ASC client needs and market trends
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, payer contracts, and ASC-specific regulatory requirements
- Travel as required based on client and business needs
Ideal Skills we are seeking:
- Strong expertise in ASC / Outpatient Surgery RCM processes
- In-depth knowledge of CPT, HCPCS coding, and surgical billing workflows
- Strong understanding of payer contracts, reimbursement methodologies (fee schedules, bundled payments)
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (denials, AR, revenue leakage)
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Required Qualification
