Job Summary

You'll provide expert guidance on all employee lifecycle aspects, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and development.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and best practices
Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership
- Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
