Title: IT Network Administrator

Requirement
- Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Network, Desktop Administrator.
- Help Setup, configure and maintain various IT systems.
- Set up physical and virtual desktops & servers as needed.
- Monitor, upgrade and troubleshoot storage systems as required
- Monitor and respond to security or server issues that occur at the user workstation or office level .
- Troubleshooting and resolution of user technical issues.
- Help test and deploy new applications and services.
- Solid knowledge and hands on experience in of LAN/WAN protocols and troubleshooting skills related to network connectivity of devices.
- Configure, monitor and troubleshoot network and server security systems (anti-virus, malware, spyware, web-filter and spam filter hardware and applications)
- Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and remedy common IT problems
- Contribute to continuous system and service improvement through regular reviews
- Support backup infrastructure to ensure data-protection goals are met
- Provides emergency on-call support on need basis.
