Job Summary
As a lead AWS engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, which is based on Amazon Web Services and, occasionally, other technologies. You will collaborate with other teams to ensure our cloud environment meets all requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a cross-functional team to architect and engineer optimal cloud-based and on-prem solutions.
- Engineer and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Engineer and manage cloud and on-prem replicated storage solutions.
- Architect and manage cloud and on-prem solutions supporting the asset-management pipeline.
- Planned and operated the network, VPN, MFA, IPAM, DNS, and Cert management solutions.
- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot systems engineering issues.
- Operate cloud platform, provide service owner support, and participate in incident escalations.
- Administrator laptops, workstations, and cloud-based instances throughout the company.
- Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the organization innovate and excel.
Mandatory Skills
- Working Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and Webservers
- Email Management & Business Productivity Apps – Microsoft 365 or GCP.
- At least three years of experience in AWS
- Administration of Windows Servers, Hyper-V, VM, s.
- Patch management, Server Monitoring, and resource utilization Monitoring. Security monitoring (AV).
- O365 administration
- IIS administration, knowledge of AWS
- Should be able to manage active directory group policy, Data backup, restore, and access permissions.
