Requirements
Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
8+ years technology product experience
5+ years of focused experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
experience managing a full product roadmap and lifecycle in a commercial technology capacity with end-to-end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
Proven track record for developing a vision, defining a strategy, and building programs and features solving complicated problems with elegant, simple solutions.
Have a very strong technical aptitude and understanding of industry technology trends
Process oriented with a high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Possess excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Strong financial experience and focus
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and decisions.
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, drive technical architecture choices, manage tradeoffs, incorporate feedback, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health industry experience a big plus
Key Responsibilities
Pilot experiences; collect and report on data; iterate on the path towards full scale roll-out.
Lead discussion and thinking with the highest-level stakeholders to push into testing new ideas. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Operate with a high level of independence and lead multiple initiatives spanning a full lifecycle.
Be the thought leader and be the go-to expert for the product and roadmap. Able to analyze, identify and quantify opportunities for new markets, new product features and new product ideas.
Define a high-quality multi-release product roadmap based on the business strategy and voice of the customer.
Manage a cross-functional process to translate the desired customer experience into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap while creating buy-in for the product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders.
Do deep research through clear understanding of the customer scenarios and the problems. Able to clearly frame the problem, positioning & impact and communicate the research clearly to stakeholders.
Write crisp, logically supported feature definitions and clearly articulated user stories with minimal supervision. Ability to collaborate and partner with the UX design team to develop high-quality requirements and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time.
Work in an agile environment with changing priorities while possessing the ability to think big and be data driven.
Work closely with product engineering to develop the product(s) and go-to-market teams (marketing) to drive adoption.
Develop and create sales collateral, training documentation/ videos and presentations. Define and monitor product launch readiness and success metrics.
